Skywire Holdings’ (Skywire) Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations in a stock purchase transaction. The Skywire BPO
operating unit is a leading service provider to the utility, financial services, healthcare and insurance industries.
The Skywire BPO operating unit serves more than 125 clients and produces more than 30 million electronic and print communications
per month through two, integrated, world-class facilities in Atlanta, Ga., and Dallas, Texas. The Skywire BPO is one of the
most advanced service providers in North America with a sophisticated solution offering, including outsourced transactional mail,
e-billing, and disaster recovery services. Skywire’s BPO solutions for the utility, financial services, healthcare and insurance
verticals will serve to extend and enhance KUBRA’s existing industry-focused solution portfolio.
KUBRA has long been the considered the market leader for its e-billing and e-payment product lines. With the Skywire BPO acquisition,
KUBRA will now have the opportunity to extend its integrated solution offering into a much larger client base.
